“Because life in Tokyo returned to 98% of the normal conditions – apart from saving energy – we forget that the cleaning work in northern Japan just began. With a group of friends we went to Iwate Prefecture to volunteer. Although we saw the negative impacts of the earthquake and especially the tsunami with our own eyes, everything is still unimaginable.
