Frankfurt´s clothing architect

brandbook, we love

brandbook & Nina Hollein - a creative neighborhood

Frankfurts kleiderarchitektin
Nina Hollein – trained architect, children´s book author, mother of three kids. Since 2009 she owns a fashion-label, clothes for young and old. Not just to dress. It is made to turn around, to bundle together, and look through. The charm hides in the details. From strict geometrical rhombs-, diamond- and chessboard patterns to enchanting flower motifs. Everything is made from linen- and cotton cloths from her Austrian home. During the previous year the fashion designer opened her atelier with an attached retail shop within brandbook´s direct neighbourhood – Laubestraße 26/ corner to Gutkowstraße.

Therefore the creative exchange is suggested

Especially because brandbook produces individual notebooks for fashion boutiques and designers such as Strenesse, Marc Jacobs, Bogner, Strellson and Daniel Hechter for years. Furthermore brandbook recently expanded its spectrum of notebooks with textile covers as stylish accessory. Nina Hollein liked the idea of notebooks with textile covers combined with outfits and described them as “very sophisticated”. Hollein immediately ordered her own edition made from materials of her recent collection. Check out the results: Jacket and cap....and notebook!
